Our family

In 2019 The Castelli family decided to buy the property and not only to make it hub of a high level production activity but turn it into the passion of our life. We also chose to live on the grounds, in order to remain in direct contact with nature. Our purpose was to recover those ancient plants, abandoned as they were for not meeting modern requirements for exploitation and high yield. We therefore started to take care of each tree, pruning and applying loving care until we realized we had succeeded in bringing The Olive Tree, that precious gift of the past, back to a new life, full of vigor. The very presence of those ancient trees, planted for life eternal, encouraged us to regain possession of the ancient rural culture and the wisdom of good governance of the soil, taking advantage of knowledge that has passed on from one generation to another, always based on respect and love for the cultivated plant.
