The project of our Castelli company was born of the desire to resurrect the ancient rural tradition of love and respect for trees, planted and cared for to live eternally, to recover times past, in which man was both creator and benefactor of the plant. Only in that way can the plant, as an object of human care, offer, in turn, its fruits as a source of care and well-being. The name of our company Castelli Agri-Cultura leads one back to the desire to revive the ancient peasant knowledge based on respect and protection of nature. In this sense, our project aims at avoiding the present predominant model of industrial agriculture, aimed exclusively at a high yield to the detriment of healthy soil and plants.
